Terms of Use

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at adriyante.com, operated by ādriyante. By using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

ādriyante provides business writing and ghostwriting services, including thought leadership articles, case studies, market analysis, whitepapers, and related business content (“Services”), delivered to companies and individuals (“Clients”) under separate written agreements.

3. Use of the website

You may use the Site to learn about our Services, review samples, and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content — including sample work, copy, or design — without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Site

4. Services and engagements

General descriptions of our Services on this Site are informational and do not themselves constitute a binding offer. Each engagement — including scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, revisions, and intellectual property terms — is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between Ledger & Voice and the Client, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

5. Intellectual property and exclusivity

Site content

All content on this Site — including text, design, logos, and sample excerpts — is owned by ādriyante or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.

Client deliverables

Ownership and exclusivity of written deliverables produced for a Client are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement specifies exclusive rights transfer, ādriyante will not resell, republish, repurpose, or reuse the delivered content, or attribute it publicly to itself, except as otherwise agreed in writing (for example, an anonymized reference in a future portfolio, subject to Client consent).

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared through inquiry forms, discovery calls, and active engagements as confidential, and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and any NDA in place for a given engagement.

7. Payment, revisions, and cancellation

Fees, payment schedules, included revision rounds, and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement’s signed agreement or invoice. General inquiries or discovery calls made through this Site do not create a payment obligation.

8. No professional advice

Content on this Site — including articles, samples, and descriptions of our process — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on Site content.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, a scheduling tool or payment processor) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ādriyante will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations set out in a signed client services agreement, which are governed by that agreement’s own terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ādriyante harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed client agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
